Sue Sylvester just told Mr Shue that Principal Figgins that Glee Club is cut!  What are we going to do?  Well, we could always join the band:

Singing, playing instruments it is almost the same, isn’t it?  Go Mckinley!  Well, this isn’t the Mckinley High band, but rather one from Killingly, Connecticut, home of the fighting… Killingly’s?  No wait…  The Redmen, the internet tells me.  I liked these kids. I could tell who was a nerd, who was sort of popular and who was taking this seriously.  Some of these people were taking it really serious:

Talk about high school used to bring out the worst in me but now I am kind of neutral on the whole topic.  It is a really weird time in your life.  You feel like you are ready to be on your own, but you aren’t yet.  You still have all of these kid things around you, but you aren’t there yet.  You are surrounded and can really only be friends with people your own age and what makes you succeed in the rest of your life, doesn’t fly in high school.  I wasn’t a photographer in high school.  I was afraid of what people would think.  As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that it is a really unique time in your life.  Not good, not bad.  Just unique.
