I had a t-shirt in high school with a pink cow on it.  This is my tribute to that shirt:

This is the Tarentaise breed of cow.  Of course I can’t be 100% sure but after extensive Googling for 10 minutes, I discovered the cow that this looks closest to is the Tarentaise.  Anyone who reads this blog, feel free to correct me.  Anyway, here is the beast in different reposes, front and side:
