On a visit to the Boston Museum of Science, I noticed that museum is two different things. It is a world of wonder to little kids and a world of wonder to adults, in two different ways.
Kid world of wonder:
The Science Museum is also home to a Van De Graaff generator, which makes what they call an indoor lightening storm. The guy running the show said to cover your ears, but I didn’t. I just kept shooting. Here are the results:
And then it gets totally weird. At the Museum of Science, grasshoppers are the sizes of cars and milk pours itself:
