What would winter in New England be without snow and lots of it?  New England would have to change its name to Florida or something if a light dusting didn’t fall on this place every so often.

Honestly, this winter has been nice and mild thus far, unlike last winter’s fists of fury.  Where ever winter is concerned, it is all a question of comparison.  If you’ve never seen snow before, this is a bad storm.  If you lived through last winter, you’d thing today was small and not so bad.  I tend to go with the latter point.  This added a little sugar to our city and that makes me happy.
