I have a lot of dreams

Most of them involve Vikings.  No, I’m just kidding.  Well…  Nah, moving right along.

I have a lot of dreams.  A lot of them involve photography obviously, as this is what I spend a lot of time doing and what does bring me a fair amount of satisfaction and joy.  One dream I have is suddenly being summoned to the offices of the New York Times to work for them.  That is a dream that really will just remain a dream.  You know the children must be looked after.

But another dream I have is to go some place really far away from everything, spend a few weeks there and take lots of photos.  I watched that movie “Bridges of Madison County” a long time ago and I felt a kinship with it.  Not because I wanted to be the housewife who is wooed by Clint Eastwood, even though that wouldn’t be so terrible, but because I wanted to be a photographer sent off somewhere to photograph some isolated place.

So hence there photos are to my dreams.  Whenever they come true:

(First one is a covered bridge, just like Clint Eastwood was photographing in the aforementioned Bridges of Madison County):

Well, that ain’t going into National Geographic any time soon.  But the rest are better, I promise:
