I’m not an expect in beer making.  Now this would be the time to reveal that I am an expert in beer drinking, but that one I cannot claim either.  I’m not a huge fan of the barley-hops-water-etc substance either.  Then why on earth would I want to visit a brewery, specifically the Sam Adams brewery?

Yeah, the whose its and what’s its of the beer making process.  No, no, no, not fascinated by that either, but just look at that thing.  It has eyes and it is all mechanical looking, so of course it would end up on here.

Please, whatever you do, do not yell at me for photographing it wrong or photographing the wrong thing.  Like I said, I wanted to photograph the whole beer making apparatus.  And anyway, my beer is Carlsberg.  Always has been, always will be.
