It ain’t over until its over

Yes, usually when updating my blog, I try to reference old baseball playing codgers. Well, but in this case, it is true. I may have mentioned up in here that I took about 1,500 photos during my recent Italian sojourn. At some point I will have gone through all of them, though this day won’t be upon us any time soon.

So, behold, the newest stuff from my galaxy of Italian images:

The eagerly awaited Parma entry

Hehehehe. I was imitating the old Time Magazine ads, where they would say their “eagerly awaited Man of the Year” issue that always turned out that they had nominated someone like Jeff Bezos Man of the Year. My entry about Parma will be considerably more entertaining.

For those of you don’t know, Parma is the second largest city in Emilia Romagna. Bologna is the largest city in Emilia Romagna, but Parma is the second largest. To be totally honest, the weather the day I visited wasn’t the best, but I still think I managed to get a few good shots of Parma. Observe:

Anyone else tired of the photos of Italy?

No, me neither, but I thought I’d post a few just to change it up a bit. Let’s have a little soft serve to break up the constant gelato, shall we?

First off is a photo that blows away, I mean blows away the beauty of Venice, Florence and Bologna in one fell swoop:

Oh wait. No, I was kidding. They are…. rubber boots! Someone just kinda left them out somewhere and forgot about them. I decided to turn them into a pretty pic.

Another few of these strange ones? Eh, OK. Whatever you want:

And to finish off the entry, a SPLASH of color:

Yes, the Italy photos will continue. I still have Parma to post. Have I mentioned I visited Parma while in Italy? Yeah. But I thought I’d post some photos of rubber boots ahead of time.
