Another attempt at being artistic. I love train stations, man holes, but gas stations are in there too. There will be more gas station photos, because I know everyone waits with bated-breathe.

“Important Guy in Tea”
This is in a tea imporium in Chinatown. I asked the little old man sitting next to the statue who this is and he said “important guy in tea.”
Ok, no explanation as to who this is, but this is how much he costs. I love how he looks like he is just hanging out there.
No matter what, capitalism triumphs over everything. Even when it comes to “important guy in tea.”
Just another Sunday afternoon on fashionable Madison Avenue
And then, they got the dog out, to invade Prada in the riot gear.
It looks like an insect doesn’t it?
It says NYPD on it?!?! What is going on here?
Armed robbery, that’s what. But, they caught the guy hiding in Miu Miu, Gucci or Gianfranco Ferre, or some place. I don’t remember. That’s where I would hide out if I did something bad.
“Art”
“food”
I flew Continental Airlines recently. This airline has these ads all over the place about how their Business First section is some kind of Shangri-La. It was some kind of nothing. The coach section, where I sat, resembled the transportation one usually associates with the type used to move cattle. Or cargo.
I was sandwiched between a teenager and some Swede who was asleep as soon as he sat down for the six hour transatlantic flight. Then, we were served this “food.” I’ve flown a lot, but this was the worst I’ve ever seen. I took out the digital camera and snapped some photos of this “food.” The Swede started laughing, but I couldn’t let this “food” go by without preserving it for posterity.
I almost forgot to mention that the tray table the “food” was on was actually drooping downward. I tried to capture that wonderful aspect of the whole thing, but it didn’t come across.
