Oh kings of the earth rise up
Its rare that you see something incredible. Its even rarer that you see something really incredible in a place you’ve already been to many times.
But thus was the case during my visit to the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem. Salem is one of those places where people go to look at one thing — witches. Yeah, they burned some over there, but the town also offers a lot of other great things, like the Peabody Essex Museum, which is a museum of Asian art and modern art.
With this exhibit, they outdid themselves. This was simply amazing. They took scripts from the East India company (who actually built this country at the beginning) and projected them on the walls of the oldest part of the museum. Let’s check it out, shall we:

Smeared
Someone lied to you when they said all photos had to be in focus
Especially when you are really trying to hide the fact you are photographing someone. Like I was doing with this guy:
Yes there was sharpening and I usually prefer my photos to be so in focus it actually hurts. Not kidding about that last part. Someone actually once said that my photos made their eyes bleed. Well, that’s how I like ’em!
