and I found this:

OK it isn’t the front door of my home and alas, because this isn’t Florida, this isn’t a real alligator.

But UMass seemed to be full of these ugly critters today and I had to photograph them.  Before they went crawling back into [I assume] the Charles River???

Is this where you came from gators???:
