I skied down this thing today:

To some of you it looks like a mountain.  To others it looks totally easy and no problem, but to a newly minted INTERMEDIATE LEVEL skier like myself, this was damn scary.  So, I’m alive.  And Challenger, one day you will no longer challenge me!

Intermediate level skiers cast much longer shadows than beginners, of course:

I would have liked to but it is illegal, I would have been killed and most importantly, I would have missed skiing.  Tunnels.  Aren’t they wonderful?:

But it does make for good photography.  A couple of days ago I saw these photos of all of these airports and train stations with curves and shadows.  I became incredibly jealous of these photos, so I took some of my own:
