Off the beaten path

Work ended and I wanted to buy a book.  I went over to the Borders, bought my book.  Every contact with the outside world caused me to started to resemble someone who was being poked by needles.  Near the Borders was a T-stop so I decided to get on.  It didn’t shorten my trip any, but it did produce some interesting photos:

These colors were surprising.  My feet however were no less wet.

You aren’t supposed to shoot into the sun.  People always told me that.  Not under the sun.  Not under the sun.  First off, you can shoot into the sun if you fill flash it.  When you fill flash into the sun, the results are Vogue Magazine spread gorgeous, but you also need a pretty powerful flash.  The baby flash on the camera doesn’t work that well.

Here, these sun shots are taken with my mini-Canon, so there is no hot shoe, only the baby flash that was obviously not deployed:
