Here?  Here?  And by here, I don’t mean Worcester, Massachusetts, but to this thing where I make regular photos look photorealist?  Yeah, so I guess we are here again.

I’ve had this blog for nearly three years and in that time, it has brought me untold riches and fame beyond my wildest dreams…. No, I am totally kidding. I used to have Livejournal and back then I didn’t even know who or how many people came to this here place on a daily basis.

The blog has not brought me my longed for riches, but it does attract my friends and others and I am totally fine with this staying a little place to go, look at photos and perhaps be amused by my spare prose.

Well, as we near its third year of existence, I’d like to give the blog’s creed. My goal in this place is to take and post photos that are most unusual and photos of places that aren’t obviously beautiful, but that I later make beautiful. I try not to go for the obvious, for the cliche. I bet I do, a lot, but I try not to. I guess the Italy photos kind of qualify as obvious, but Italy is also obviously beautiful. Well, anyway, these below, they illustrate what I am talking about:
