These were also difficult

I know, how difficult is it to take pictures of the New York City skyline? Well, really on the face of it, not difficult because you are working with something that is already quite beautiful, but how do you present it as “this is different than before.” Well, play with the colors:

Or, put something unexpected in the foreground:

I like the last one the best.

The day the Santas came to Grand Central

Where do these photos come from? I take really long walks around New York. I walk miles and miles to find these things to photograph for you, my fan(s). Please appreciate what I do for you. Just kidding. The walks help me out a lot, clear my head and help me sleep. Anyway, this weekend, I didn’t have to walk far to get my first shot of the day:

Where is this happy creature? Well, Grand Central, of course, along with this guy:

And this one:

This was my favorite. I loved the intense look on his face:

Some people took a loose interpretation of the whole Santa Claus thing:

This insanity of course extended outside the station. Check out the Santa pimp in this shot:

These last two are of course what I want my Christmas card to be this year:

For the second one, I actually stopped and talked to the guy for a second. I think it shows in the photo, but really I don’t know.
