No, its just the MIT museum. But this really could be Nikola Tesla’s workshop of the weird:

Exotic Travels
I took these a five blocks from where I live. I usually try to stay only a block or two away from where I live. This was quite exotic for me.
Yes Brookline my friends. Brookline, where people eat quiche out of a can, Belgian endive and add four slices of prosciutto just to make it interesting.
As an aside, I love the light at this time of year. Yeah, its freezing outside, but there is something about that sun that makes the pictures sparkle:

The Monster
As I mentioned before on this blog, I am a teacher. And I’ve also added the title of graduate student to my list of credits recently. During the week, I do my insanely crazy job. At night I attend school, sip coffee, analyze words and generally try to stay off this blog while my professors are speaking.
Its getting to the point in the semester where I have to write. A lot. I’m writing a paper now that I have nicknamed “The Monster.” The monster is alive and has a mind of its own. Its currently sitting peacefully on this computer, waiting for me to return to it. The material itself isn’t bad, but its just the production that is driving me a bit insane. But it will be over soon enough. And when it is over, there will be plenty of skiing photos up here.
I went to graduate school before and I wasn’t too good at managing my stress back then. Now I’ve figure it out. Age. Ain’t that a wonder. Anyway, how I do manage my stress is to have my little camera with me and I just go and snap some photos after a long hard slog with “The Monster.” These are the results of blowing off some steam after dealing with “The Monster”:

Copley Place Days and Nights
Well, I’ve returned to school. And boy am I having fun. No, not really. But actually, it kind of goes along with my whole regimented scheduled life. I spend the whole day in the library on Saturday, but it is not without its benefits. I mean I’m learning new things. Well, that’s not the benefit.
I get to take a picture of all the action in front of the library, day and night. And the Boston Public Library does not lack for action, day or night:
